    EARLY VOTING BY MAIL

    Applications for voting by mail should be received no later than the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Applications should be sent to: FRAN MALAFRONTE, P.O. Box 517, VAN HORN, TEXAS 79855, FAX # 432-283-2050. Application for Ballot by Mail (ABBM) may be emailed to franmalafronte@vanhorntexas.org. Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) may be emailed (or if faxed, the original must be mailed so the early voting clerk receives it no later than four days after the emailed/faxed copy).
